2021 Breisgau | Cuvée | dry | Magnum
Grown on loess and shell limestone, vinified in the same way as Julian huber's Chardonnays, the origin of this assemblage is also clearly in the foreground for him with this estate wine. Julian Huber does not use a grape variety designation. The cuvée consists of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Gris. With the introduction of this wine, the previous "Malterdinger" white wine cuvée will become a pure Chardonnay from the 2021 vintage.
