From this year there is the Malterdinger with 100% Chardonnay. The Pinot Blanc is now part of the Gutswein Breisgau.
Grown on mussel cold weathered soils.
Spontaneously fermented in small oak barrels.
Matured on the full lees for 16 months.
Filled without filtration.
