It is well known in the winery that a long yeast storage brings more depth and taste to the wine. Year after year we elicit additional complexity and complexity from the Uhlen Roth Lay. That is why we have long wanted to give this time to the other locations in the Uhlen as well. Now the time has come. With the 2020 vintage, besides Roth Lay, Laubach and Blaufüsser Lay will only leave the cellar after 24 months.
