2021 Pinot Noix Hofberg Réserve | Daniel Twardowski
The grapes for this wine come from two small plots in the Dhroner Hofberg in which we have refined 40-70 old Riesling grapes with Burgundy clones. The wine matures for about 18 months in used barrique barrels, in advance of high quality companies, mostly from Burgundy. After the filling, the wine matures in the bottle for another 18 months before it goes on sale. The wine was first produced in the 2018 vintage.
