Odinstal
The winery and the vineyards are located in a unique ecological niche high above the rest of the region,
surrounded by poor meadows with great ecological diversity, old mixed forest and an old basalt quarry.
The manor villa towers over the monopoly Odinstal. The grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois, Silvaner, Rieslaner and Gewürztraminer are cultivated on 6.4 hectares of vineyards. The winery is Demeter certified and it is a closed cycle according to Steiner with cattle on their own farm.
