2018 Cuvée Katharina brut nature | Raumland
A cuvée of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir grapes from the 2018 vintage, which come from the nearby vineyards around Flörsheim-Dalsheim and is named after the youngest daughter of Volker and Heide-Rose Raumland. The bouquet impresses with fine aromas of apple and red currants, plus a subtle note of yeast and brioche. As Brut Nature, this cuvée is very puristic, taut and elegant and also has a slight creaminess and fresh texture.
