RINGS
The winery has been part of the VDP since 2015 and with Steffen and Andreas Rings two brothers work in the Palatinate winery in Mittelhaardt. The focus is on the origin of the wines, the terroir idea that has been successfully lived and celebrated in French Burgundy for years. With Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the VDP.Grossen Lagen, some good bottlings in the Burgundy style can be vinified in the cellar. One grape variety should not be missing, the Riesling from the Weilberg, Felsenberg, Saumagen and Kalkofen locations. The wines have their own style, which is remarkable. We are excited to see the aging potential of the wines. Some wines are sealed with wax and the Syrah bottling is somewhat reminiscent of the Village wines by Michel Chapoutier from the Northern Rhone with their fine style.
